Returns on any items purchased from our auctions will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions: 1. You can return our products within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. If a product becomes defective after 30 days - please 'Contact us' 2. Special order products or items cut to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case will not be accepted for return
1. Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product) 2. We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage must be sent to our email.

This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from us . Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced.
